I'M REBECCA.

For over 30 years, I battled chronic illness that left me bedridden, in a wheelchair, and often barely surviving. My symptoms were relentless: daily seizures, bouts of paralysis, extreme weight loss, profound fatigue, and a nervous system so broken I could no longer work, parent, or live the life I longed for. At my worst, I lost consciousness for 12 hours, unsure if I’d ever wake up. The list of symptoms was pages long, and every one of them stole something sacred from my everyday life. I spent decades searching for answers — from world-renowned doctors to the most promising holistic clinics — but nothing truly restored me.

Everything changed when I stopped chasing the next “fix” and started building the foundation my body had been missing. I began rebuilding my health through simple, restorative lifestyle habits — rooted in nourishment, sleep, detox, movement, and mindset. With the help of wise and compassionate practitioners and coaches, I found the accountability and structure I needed to finally heal. And not just heal… but thrive.

I created Restore Your Story to help others do what I now know is possible: to rise from survival mode and build a life filled with energy, clarity, and purpose — one habit at a time.
